Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

Eligible Returns:

• Wrong product delivered
• Defective product
• Damaged product during delivery

Return Request Time:

Customers must request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Situations:

• Product damaged by customer
• Product used excessively
• Missing original accessories or packaging

Refund Process:

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours.

Refunds will be sent through the original payment method whenever possible.
