REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Altiora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 1 day of receiving your order if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Include all original accessories, packaging, and manuals.
• Be returned in a resellable condition.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used improperly.
• The product is damaged by the customer.
• Accessories or original packaging are missing.
• The return request is made after the allowed return period.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

REFUND PROCESS

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 72 hours through the original payment method whenever possible.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless:

• The wrong item was delivered.
• The item arrived damaged.
• A verified manufacturing defect exists.

For customer change-of-mind returns, delivery and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

• Product Photos
• Description of the Issue
